You’ll develop close and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs. In this role, you will keep contracts updated, maintain accurate records, and develop progress reports for senior leaders and clients. With a deep understanding of our products and services, you will be able to identify up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and motivate clients to take action!
This is a full-time remote role at 40 hours per week, where you have the flexibility to choose your working schedule.
You’ve been working in an account manager, sales, or customer service role, and now you’re ready for growth. Your proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback shows that you can juggle multiple responsibilities with aptitude.
Your organization and communication skills are unrivaled, so it’s no sweat for you to grasp spreadsheets, audits, and DRM software, such as Gainsight and Salesforce. Experience in the real estate industry would be beneficial.

At Ardor SEO, all team members have individual KPIs/Metrics based on their role that are assessed on a quarterly basis. Individual goals and targets are in line with company-wide goals and targets. Performance is evaluated on the basis of these individual goals/KPIs but also the overall value that you add to the company, for example, sharing information on a regular basis with team members, creating helpful SOPs for processes, suggesting new ideas, and running company wide training sessions.
