In this role, you will use multiple sourcing tools to target agents, build and manage candidate pipelines, schedule agent recruitment appointments, and maintain recruiting records for Ardor SEO as needed. You’ll undertake inbound and outbound agent initiatives with cold and warm leads, conduct pre-interviews to qualify candidates, and provide candidate information.
With a thorough understanding of our value proposition and the ability to gather competitive intelligence to better understand how to sell it, you can easily highlight the benefits of joining our team and drive results.
This is a full-time remote role at 40 hours per week, where you have the flexibility to choose your working schedule.
You have experience in the real estate space, with a background in recruiting, sales, or related positions, and now you’re ready for growth. Ideally you’re comfortable creating content (including video) and posting to various social media platforms. You’re excellent in English, and familiar with Real Estate industry lingo.
You’re ready to pick up the phone and strike up a conversation with just about anybody, and your growth-minded approach means you’re receptive to coaching initiatives. With a competitive nature you know how to stand out in the team, and as a team player you love celebrating others’ success.
You will receive an attractive monthly salary according to your qualifications and experience. Unlike most remote-first companies, we also offer holiday and sick pay.

At Ardor SEO, all team members have individual KPIs/Metrics based on their role that are assessed on a quarterly basis. Individual goals and targets are in line with company-wide goals and targets. Performance is evaluated on the basis of these individual goals/KPIs but also the overall value that you add to the company, for example, sharing information on a regular basis with team members, creating helpful SOPs for processes, suggesting new ideas, and running company wide training sessions.
This role is fully remote. Ardor SEO is a remote-first company with a highly skilled team of SEO professionals located around the world and in various time zones.
