In this role, you will collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies. You’ll prepare and execute a range of projects including email marketing, video engagement, career webinars, gamification, social media, and organization chart mapping to pool talent communities, and map professional and alumni associations.
With an analytical approach, you’ll conduct and present market research on a range of candidate data, from skillsets, demographics, and hiring trends, to talent supply and demand reports, quickly identifying competitors and talent pools to target. You’re familiar with performing queries and searches in ATS or CRM databases, and can coordinate pipelining activities for projects and campaigns across geographies for active and passive talent.
This is a full-time remote role at 40 hours per week, where you have the flexibility to choose your working schedule.
You come from a strong academic background, and have at least two years of experience with sourcing or recruiting for IT related positions. Ideally, you’ve spent at least a year in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or working as a hiring manager consultant. From these experiences, you’ve gained exposure and familiarity with a wide array of specialized sourcing tools and techniques such as primary resource sites, code repositories, groups and discussion forums, Chrome extension tools, job boards, internal databases, CRM databases, search engines, social media, and web-mining. Your written and verbal English communication is impeccable, you have an innate ability to lead different stakeholders toward a common purpose. You can juggle competing priorities, and simply enjoy working with people.
You’ll receive an attractive monthly salary according to your qualifications and experience. Unlike most remote-first companies, we also offer holiday and sick pay.

All team members have individual KPIs/Metrics based on their role that are assessed on a quarterly basis. Individual goals and targets are in line with company-wide goals and targets. Performance is evaluated on the basis of these individual goals/KPIs but also the overall value that you add to the company, for example, sharing information on a regular basis with team members, creating helpful SOPs for processes, suggesting new ideas, and running company wide training sessions.
