What does an Ardor SEO customer service representative do?
Ardor SEO customer care specialist is tasked with interacting with both existing clients and potential customers. They will provide information relating to queries, requests, and concerns about Ardor SEO’s services. They are tasked to:
- Deal with clients through phone calls and emails
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Receive, handle, and resolve complaints
- Verify customers
- Generate sales lead, set up customer accounts, and manage accounts
- Maintain customer database
- Organize the workflow to deliver the client’s demand within their timeframe
- Coordinate, direct requests to designated departments or resources
- Keep records of customer interactions, including inquiries and complaints
