What are we looking for?

  • We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers
  • As an account manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including SEO, Sales, Content & Outreach teams) to improve the entire customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts & customers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an account manager
  • Experience or knowledge of SEO
  • Experience with customer service and account management
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
